Groningen and Arminia Bielefeld hooligans clashed in the centre of Groningen on Saturday evening ahead of their pre-season friendly.
The two groups were seen throwing chairs at each other and trading punches for a minute before they sprinted off in different directions.
There were no arrests and no injuries.
The match between the two sides takes place at Groningen’s Euroborg stadium this afternoon.
