Bregalnica and Tikvesh fans clashed in the street ahead of their Macedonian Second League match at the City Stadium in Stip on Saturday.
The violence broke out on Partizanska Street, close to the stadium.
The video below shows fans of Bregalnica and Tikvesh trading punches and kicks, while some can also be seen throwing flares.
A handful of cops can be seen attempting to restore order. One cop was even hit in the face by a flare.
There were reports of several injuries.
