Romanian and Bosnian fans clashed in the stands during their Nations League match at the Giulesti Stadium in Bucharest on Monday.
The fight erupted shortly after kick-off, causing a short delay in play.
Both sides launched seats, threw punches, and whipped each other with belts before riot police stepped in.
