A brawl between Hapoel Petah Tikva and Beitar Jerusalem fans broke out shortly before their Israeli Premier League clash at the HaMoshava Stadium on Sunday.
The trouble reportedly began when several Beitar fans, who had purchased tickets in the home section, were spotted by Hapoel fans. The situation quickly turned into a physical confrontation, with punches and kicks exchanged between the two sets of fans on the pitch.
It escalated further as a group of Beitar fans made their way across the pitch from the opposite side and joined the brawl.
Security guards and stewards intervened to separate those involved and restore order.
