Clashes broke out outside the fan zone near the Eiffel Tower in Paris on Sunday during the Euro 2016 final between Portugal and France.
Groups of supporters tried to force entry into the overcrowded fan zone, prompting riot police to use tear gas and water cannon to disperse them.
Several fires were set, including trash bins and vehicles.
At least 50 people were arrested for public disorder, vandalism and other offenses.
