Fans of Vittoria and Milazzo clashed before their Italian fifth division match on Sunday.
The fighting occurred near the Gianni Cosimo Stadium in the Italian town of Vittoria in southern Sicily at around 2pm.
Dozens of rival fans punched and kicked one another and also threw objects.
