Rampla Juniors fans attacked Juventud players and staff on the pitch after the second leg of their Uruguayan second division promotion play-off final on Saturday.
Leading 2-1 from the first leg, Rampla Juniors drew 0-0 away at Juventud to secure promotion to the top-flight of Uruguayan football.
After the final whistle, jubilant Rampla Juniors fans invaded the pitch with some of them attacking the rival team’s players and staff.
