A group of Ponikve fans attacked rival Karlovac fans after a match between the sides on Saturday.
The video below shows Ponikve fans, some armed with lit flares, pursuing Karlovac supporters down a Zagreb street, catching and beating several of them.
By the time police arrived all those involved had fled.
The match ended 2-1 to Ponikve.
