Milan hooligans attacked their Paris Saint-Germain rivals ahead of Thursday’s Champions League group stage match at the San Siro.
The attack occurred in Milan’s lively Navigli district on Monday night.
A mob of around 70 Milan hooligans charged at PSG fans who were sitting outside bars, causing them to flee.
A PSG fan was stabbed twice in the leg during the attack and was rushed to hospital.
